Rolki Powerslide Khaan '17

The Khaan freeskate wont let you down. The rigid shell and cuff offer great support and the extruded and CNC machined frame is stiff and reactive as you will like it. The liner feels comfortable right at first time you skate. The Khaan is a perfect allround skate for transportation, cruising or freeskating.


Shell:
The shell of the Khaan skate is made of fiberglass reinforced composite material to make the shell strong and stiff. The base of the mounting blocks is big and wide which provides a large contact area between the frame and boot.
Cuff:
The cuff is made out of a special composite compound that is super stiff thanks to the 10% fiberglass, which was mixed into the material.
Liner:
The liner is fully lasted. It has a perfect shape and is very comfy right out of the box. The liner is light and hand washable. This liner also features a dual density innersole and a carrying strap.
Lacing:
The Khaan skate features flat laces which tighten well. There are two buckles – one placed at 45° to keep the heel in place, the other one on top of the cuff for a secure wrap.
Frames:
The Khaan frame is made of 6061 aircraft aluminium. The frame is also very stiff and very well balanced. The Khaan frame comes with hollow single axles made of aluminium. The combination of the across slot in the frame and the along slot in our boots is called the X-Slot Mounting. This system enables the skater to adjust the boot-frame setup without any dead spots according to their skating style and preferences.
Wheels:
Khaan wheels are Super High Rebound (SHR) wheels that give the skater all they need - fast roll, good grip, long lifetime. The hub is very strong and durable construction.
Bearings:
Wicked (WCD) ABEC 9 bearings have a great spin. The bearing contains 7 chrome steal bearings and a strong and resistant steel cage. A synthetic oil from Japan is used for this bearing.

Complaints

The basis for a complaint and return is the proof of purchase of the product in question in our shop. Please inform us of any return prior to actually sending the goods back.

Complaints:

We consider all complaints immediately and help in their resolution. Warranty for products is 24 month

Complaints resulting from causes not due to the Customer include:

• hidden defects,
• parcel technical faults occurring during transport,
• warehousing errors,
• partial order completion,
• erroneously issued accounting documents.

Returns

Returns: due to Customer's actions or decisions. Reason for the resignation has no effect on its recognition.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Returning a purchased product:

1. All of our customers are have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days after the receipt of the delivery. This right to withdraw can be exercised in writing and also be the return of the goods.
2. The statement may also be sent by electronic mail to: wysylka@sportrebel.pl
3. Returning the goods is equivalent to a cancellation of the purchase agreement entered into, thus certain legal requirements have to be observed in order to return the products.
4. Reason for the resignation has no effect on its recognition.
5. The cost of returning the goods to us bear customer.
6. The returned parcel must contain all the items which you received from us (additional accessories, freebies etc.)

      How to return purchased goods?

1.Package the parcel securely.
2.Send the parcel to our address:

Once we receive your parcel and conform that the aforementioned conditions have been complied with, a refund for the purchased goods shall be transferred to the provided bank account number. Returns shall be considered within 14 working days.

Exchanging goods

All our customers are within their rights to exchange a purchased product within 30 days of receiving the delivery. Please contact us in the first place to determine the terms of the exchange.

The exchange procedure is the same as the returns procedure.
